Rescue Flood Victims in Columbia County, Pennsylvania with Helicopters Black Hawk UH-60 - US troops with the 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade collaborate with members of the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission to save civilians stranded by flooding in Columbia County, Pennsylvania, on August 13, 2018 yesterday. Records were taken from the Lakota UH-72 helicopter, and operated by 28 ECAB soldiers, while identifying civilians who needed help. Soldiers and 28th ABAB respondent members have rescued two helicopters, Black Hawk UH-60.
